Thank you for purchasing our products at www.ciaochello.com operated by SB eMedia Co.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages that may have been lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
After we receive the item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 4 weeks from delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense.
Returns can be mailed in their original packaging to the return address listed on the packing slip.
